The Project BHULI - Business & Handholding Unit for Livelihood Incubation is a flagship initiative designed to support SHG women-led enterprises across the state Uttarakhand under DAY- NRLM, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.
For effective implementation of program, Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission (USRLM) signed MoU with IIM Kashipur FIED as an incubator partner for training, mentoring, branding and marketing of enterprises, the program enables entrepreneurs to scale and sustain their businesses.
To create a robust ecosystem of women-led rural enterprises that are sustainable, scalable, and market-driven.
